Before Your Session

• Kindly download and install Google Meet before your scheduled session.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection and are available at the agreed time.

Wait Time Policy

• A maximum wait time of 10 minutes will be observed.
• If you do not join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered missed.

Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the session or after the scheduled session time may take 24–48 hours to process and reschedule, subject to availability.

Missed Sessions & Refunds

• If you miss your scheduled session, you may request a refund.
• In such cases, you will be entitled to a 70% refund of the session fee.
• The remaining 30% covers administrative, scheduling, and processing costs.
